A business depends completely on the owner’s mindset and not the product.
How is it possible?
Whenever a business is started, it doesn’t start just like that. It starts with the idea of the product that comes to the mind of the owner. Then the product gets a design that develops into a structure. Then it manifests and gets into a process, but a business is not like that. The product and the business are different. Product is a part of the business, whereas a business is not a part of the product. Each and every step of a business depends on the mindset of the owner’s mindset.
Examples for different Business Mindset,
Fear Business Mindset
If the owner is in a fear, then the business is completely based on fear only. The business never goes to the next level because of the owner’s fear and hence the business never develops. The fear of the business owner becomes an obstacle for the business itself.
Desire Business Mindset
If the business depends on the desire of the business owner, then the business keeps on changing the product and never has a stable product. Which will not at all bring any success to the business owner.
Anger Mindset
If the business depends on an angry business owner, he cannot create a beautiful business at all. His business gets spoiled because of the owner’s anger. The angry mind spoils the entire business though the product is excellent.
Possession Mindset
Next, if a business owner is of a different mindset; like, the owner loves whatever is seen on the way and starts doing based on them. Then, the business proceeds with a confused mind. The owner is not ready to believe. This will not believe anyone That is a very dangerous mind which can spoil the entire business.
Illusion Mindset
Next is an imaginary mindset-business owner, who keeps on imagining a lot of things which are not happening at all. He will create assumptions or he will create an imaginary illusion in which the business never gets into problems. Because of that, it looks like an imaginary or illusionary business
Unstable Mindset
Next is the not confident business owner, who has a mindset of not doing things confidently, which will spoil the growth and the performance of the business. Another category will be the overconfidence mindset. It will totally spoil the business of the business owner. New things will be started by the business owner and it will get into a problem. Does he never see what is going to happen next?
Aimless Mindset
Last but not least is the aimless business owner. One who doesn’t have any aim at all just does business which leads him to a no man’s country. The business will go into hell. The owner will be caught in the trap of his or her own business, which will be very, very pathetic to see.
So, it is very clear, a business owner develops, a mindset and based on the mindset, that business performance happens. And finally, the growth, development or destruction of the business depends completely on the mindset of the business.
